The summer recreation area is combined with a gardener’s house. Inside the house, an apartment is organized with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, it includes a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom located on the mezzanine. The staircase leading to the mezzanine serves as a wardrobe.
